Kinesiology FAQs

What to expect is Kinesiology Session

We will have a chat to discuss any health, emotional, or other issues you are experiencing. I will create a list of concerns to address, and then we will proceed with a Kinesiology session. You'll lie down on the treatment table while I use Muscle Testing to guide the Kinesiology treatment.

What do should I wear to a session?

For your Kinesiology session, wear something comfortable, preferably pants or a longer skirt, as sometimes Muscle Testing involves raising your legs while you are lying on a treatment (massage) table. However, if you are wearing a skirt, don't worry, as I will provide a blanket to cover.

What do I need to bring to a session?

For your kinesiology session, please bring along any medical test results related to the conditions you wish to address during your kinesiology treatment. Don't forget to bring a water bottle, and it’s advisable to have a pair of socks on hand, especially if you tend to get cold feet while lying down for extended periods during muscle testing.

How many sessions will I need?

It's really hard to say as everyone has different health and life issues. Once you start a Kinesiology session and experience how Kinesiology treatment allows you to make lasting changes in your life, you may find yourself wanting more sessions. Some people are content with just a few sessions, while others prefer more regular sessions. As a general guideline, we recommend starting with 3 sessions to provide sufficient time for those lasting changes, often facilitated by techniques like muscle testing.

How often do I need to come?

This will vary for each client, but it's usually around 3 or 4 weeks between Kinesiology sessions, and this interval can then be longer. After the initial Kinesiology treatment, some clients just book in when they feel they need it, while others prefer to schedule ahead. Muscle testing may also influence their decision on when to return.
